Sometimes a wire can come up out of the slot enough so it looks like it is down but is no longer making contact with the “teeth”. Make sure there is no CO2 in the unit. Calibrate the display to 20% using the front panel. Take a small flat bladed screwdriver and push the wires firmly down into the slots. The display should go down to near 0.0 or “LO”. Use the panel calibration to make the display read 0.1. Set the set point to 5.0% and allow the unit to stabilize.
