The Bactron system makes work procedures easy. The air lock module automatically exchanges room air for Anaerobic Mixed Gas making sample handling easy. To user your Bactron Chamber, follow the 5 simple steps below.
1. Load the samples of materials into the air lock through the outer air lock door from inside.
2. Activate the automatic air lock switch and place arms in sleeves. Perform sleeve evacuation procedure using foot pedals.
3. Open arm port doors and insert arms into chamber, storing doors in convenient holders inside working chamber.
4. Perform procedures, load or unload incubator.
5. Pick up the arm port doors when exiting the chamber. Cover ports and seal before removing arms from sleeves. That's all there is to complete anaerobic integrity.
